Is Excel anything like C programming, or am I just really out of my head?

Well, took a excel exam just a few mins ago, and didn't do so well. Saw there was some coding involved? Is that coding anything like C programming?

Thanks for the input.

Excel and it's "language" are very much unlike C. Even the VBscript engine that can be used "behind" Excel is unlike C. There are good book on the subject and lots of web sites for learning Excel.
Reply:excel is program far unlikely to C programming.

C programming is more complicated. but once you learn it you'll be ok
Reply:t uses something called VBA (visual basic for applications) an excellent tool to learn since many applications use this option to create macros. all of the Office applications, and corel use VBA... and no, is nothing like C
Reply:If you use scrupting then is is Visual Basic for Applications. Excel itself is nothing like C)
